1 - What's the best way to get in contact?

We can take up to 48hrs to reply - if we miss your email after 48hrs then please email us again.
2 - How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders dispatch within 24 business hours. Delivery is typically 1–5 days depending on location.
If there are public holidays within the time period, please add extra days for each public holiday.
Please do not contact us about the whereabouts of any orders until this time period has completed.
3 - Can I track my item?
Yes you can, you will automatically be emailed the tracking number which can be used in the Australia Post app.
4 - I have an issue with my order
Please email us with your name and order number at support@elevatesp.com.au.
If items are broken, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged item.
5 - Can I cancel or change my order?
Potentially, as long as the order has not already been shipped we MAY be able to cancel your order. Please contact us via email at support@elevatesp.com.au and a member of our team will happily help you!
6 - Do you deliver to any country?
We currently only deliver within Australia but will be expanding to New Zealand very soon.
7 - I entered the wrong address! What can I do?
If you enter the wrong address at checkout, we may be able to change it in time.

We will do our best to update the address, but if the product is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot take responsibility.
If the product is returned to the sender, we will contact you and reship it to your correct address.
